Hochschule Bielefeld – University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSBI): 6th Annual International Week in Bielefeld, Germany

May 2024 - What an honor to travel as a member of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Public Health Delegation, along with faculty Drs. Fanta Waterman and Naoko Muramatsu, to the Hochschule Bielefeld – University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSBI) during the HSBI 6th Annual International Week in Bielefeld, Germany. It was fascinating to see, hear, and exchange ideas around the application of public health, nursing, social work, and behavioral health research and teaching activities between our two universities. There are several continued conversations happening on areas of synergy for collaborative research projects and virtual teaching opportunities.

For more details, please see the UIC SPH Global Health Program newsletter feature here.
